Baihui Pharmaceutical Holds the 2021 First-Quarter Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony

On May 21, 2021, the Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and the 2021 First-Quarter Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony were grandly held at the Baihui Pharmaceutical Party-Mass Work Office. Production Star: Liang Xuying

Serving as the team leader of Production Team 4 for ampoule packaging, I approach my work with diligence and responsibility, demonstrating strong professional skills and the ability to swiftly resolve common issues that arise during the production process. Always prioritizing the company’s interests, I actively lead by example within the team, effectively coordinating teamwork among members to enhance productivity. In February and March, I successfully guided my team to consistently exceed daily production targets.

Production Star: Liang Xiubin

Since joining the company, the rinsing station operator has conscientiously followed all corporate rules and regulations, never once being late or leaving early. The employee has demonstrated outstanding performance on the job, skillfully mastering the necessary operational techniques and consistently delivering high-quality work as scheduled. Additionally, the employee maintains harmonious relationships with colleagues, actively mentoring new hires to help them quickly acclimate to their roles and reach the required proficiency level.

Production Star: Ma Quyi

The printing machine operator is diligent and highly responsible at work, striving for perfection in every task. They actively seek to learn more about operating and maintaining the printing machines, enabling them to skillfully operate the equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and quickly achieve clear, high-quality print results. To maximize the equipment's uptime, they often take advantage of their lunch breaks to clean and maintain the printers, helping to build a positive image for both the company and its employees—and even setting an inspiring example for others to follow.

Production Star: Jiang Jinjun

As a process technician, I possess strong learning capabilities and am currently well-versed in the production processes and key quality control points for all products in the workshop. My work approach is clear and organized—I independently developed four workshop deviation protocols and revised eight documents, all of which have been approved and implemented. Additionally, I excel at addressing common issues that arise during production, ensuring smooth operations while efficiently managing on-site personnel to boost overall productivity. My ability to lead and motivate employees has earned me widespread appreciation among team members.

Production Star: Liang Guilian

Serving as the team leader of the Tower Sugar Line, I foster unity among colleagues and possess a strong ability to connect with others. My team members maintain rigorous quality standards, guided by the spirit of "If you're on the job, love your role; if you love your role, dedicate yourself wholeheartedly." This mindset ensures top-notch product quality while consistently helping us meet—and even exceed—production targets set by leadership. Together, we work tirelessly as a team to successfully accomplish our manufacturing objectives.

Star of Quality: Li Lu

The inspector is primarily responsible for the comprehensive management of the microbiology team. With outstanding job performance, they conscientiously adhere to the company's labor regulations, demonstrating a strong sense of dedication and professionalism while diligently studying and mastering their technical expertise. They actively participate in external training programs to continuously enhance their skills. Additionally, they lead team members in rigorously fulfilling all inspection tasks according to GMP requirements.

Service Star: Huang Yongrong

Sales accountant, diligent and responsible in their work, willing to work hard without complaint, impartial about personal gains or losses, compliant with job assignments, always ready to help others, and actively serving colleagues in this department as well as in other departments.

Sales Star: Xie Jiyun

The Sales Department's Anhui Regional Manager demonstrated outstanding performance during his tenure, focusing on achieving effective results and consistently delivering tasks ahead of schedule while maintaining high quality. In the first quarter of 2021, he achieved remarkable sales results, and under his leadership, the Anhui region experienced strong customer payment collections with no overdue receivables, ensuring healthy market operations.

Outstanding Team: Ampoule Packaging Team 4

Under the leadership of the class monitor, the entire class worked collaboratively and seamlessly coordinated with one another, ensuring that daily production volumes in February and March consistently exceeded the team's set targets—reaching a peak increase of up to 35%. This achievement has set a strong example for other teams to follow. Throughout the production process, the team rigorously adhered to pharmaceutical manufacturing management standards, resulting in zero quality incidents and zero safety accidents during the first quarter. Additionally, the team remained highly flexible: when equipment maintenance temporarily halted production, everyone voluntarily stepped in to support other active production lines, effectively minimizing idle time and maximizing efficiency.
