Baihui Pharmaceutical's 2021 Second-Quarter Employee Excellence Recognition Ceremony Concludes Successfully

On August 19, 2021, Baihui Pharmaceutical held the 2021 Second-Quarter Employee Excellence Recognition Ceremony at the Party and Mass Work Office of Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Deng Haichao, Deputy General Manager of Baihui Pharmaceutical, and Huang Shengyan, Chairman of the Baihui Pharmaceutical Trade Union, attended the event. Also present were department heads from Baihui Pharmaceutical’s Raw Material Extraction Workshop, Oral Liquid Workshop, Production Management Department, Quality Department, Marketing Management Department, and Equipment Engineering Department, along with the award-winning employees.

At the meeting, Deng Haichao first congratulated the outstanding employees present on their well-deserved awards, expressing his hope that these exceptional individuals and their respective departments would continue to strive for excellence and achieve even greater success. He then presented the awardees with certificates of honor, fresh flowers, and cash bonuses. Following this, Deng Haichao highly praised the significance of this recognition event while also setting higher expectations for the future selection process. He envisioned that upcoming award ceremonies would attract more participants, grow in scale, and feature a broader range of accolades.

Production Star: Li Jingguang

 

Li Jingguang, an operator in the extraction and drying positions of the intermediate production line in the raw material workshop, has consistently adhered to all company rules and regulations since joining the team—never once arriving late or leaving early. He maintains a professional attitude at work, approaching his duties with diligence, responsibility, and proactive initiative, while also readily following leadership instructions. Notably, he has excelled in his role, mastering the necessary operational skills with ease and reliably delivering high-quality results as assigned. Whenever issues arise, he promptly reports them to the appropriate authorities. If a problem exceeds his expertise, he immediately informs the workshop team and actively collaborates with personnel from the Equipment Engineering Department until the equipment returns to normal operation. Moreover, this employee has distinguished himself in various training sessions organized by the workshop, consistently achieving satisfactory results in daily training assessments. In addition, he fosters positive relationships with colleagues, taking the initiative to mentor new employees and help them quickly acclimate to their roles, ensuring they soon reach the required proficiency level for independent work.
 
Production Star: Sun Hua

 

Sun Huawen is the team leader of Batch 4 in the compounding and filling section of the oral liquid workshop. Since joining the company, he has demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, with exceptional technical skills. He has masterfully mastered the formulation processes and quality control points for the workshop's key oral liquid products. Sun is also adept at mentoring new employees, ensuring that the workshop’s critical operations remain uninterrupted even when experienced staff leave—bringing fresh talent into the ingredient preparation roles in the process. Throughout his work, he consistently prioritizes the company’s interests, setting a positive example within his team. He effectively coordinates among team members, encouraging seamless collaboration to boost overall production efficiency. Moreover, Sun actively supports the workshop by facilitating the implementation of operational plans and smoothly managing team dynamics. Under his leadership, the entire team not only meets but exceeds production targets while maintaining top-notch product quality, ultimately contributing to the smooth execution of the piece-rate compensation system.
 
Production Star: Huang Qiaofang

 

Huang Qiaofang is responsible for managing the warehouse, weighing and batching stations, laundry operations, and material handling within the Production Management Department—critical components of both production and warehousing/distribution processes. Since taking over warehouse management in April 2021, Huang has set a strong example by consistently upholding standardized management procedures, elevating operational excellence, and driving overall efficiency improvements. At the same time, she has independently studied materials-related documentation, GMP guidelines, and the Pharmaceutical Administration Law, conducting basic GMP training and assessments on materials knowledge for warehouse staff. She also actively fosters team leadership, fostering a work environment where team members demonstrate exceptional collaboration skills, rapid personal growth, and swift skill acquisition among new hires, enabling them to quickly master their roles, perform effectively, and seamlessly integrate into the collective.
 
Production Star: Zeng Jianhuan

 

Zeng Jianhuan is an engineer in the Equipment Engineering Department. Since joining the company, he has quickly adapted to his new role and seamlessly integrated into the team, earning recognition from both colleagues and supervisors. In his work, he maintains high self-discipline, diligently and promptly completing every task assigned by his leaders. He also humbly seeks advice from teammates, continuously refining his performance to address any shortcomings. Moreover, he thoroughly studies and strictly adheres to the company’s policies and regulations. Zeng demonstrates strong teamwork skills, excelling in coordination and communication, effectively collaborating with department heads to ensure the successful implementation and completion of all company tasks. He is also enthusiastic about assisting colleagues, fostering harmonious and positive relationships with everyone around him. Production Star: Wu Xuejuan

 

Wu Xuejuan, working as a research and development specialist at the Technology Center, diligently adhered to all company regulations during the second quarter, with no instances of tardiness, early departures, or personal leave. She actively participated in various training sessions and activities organized by the company or her department, consistently achieving satisfactory or better results in daily training assessments. Her work attitude has always been professional and proactive, as she enthusiastically collaborates on and supports the completion of departmental tasks. In addition to driving R&D and process improvements for product projects, Wu also plays an active role in addressing technical and quality issues within the production workshop. She has been involved in resolving nearly all quality-related technical challenges associated with raw pharmaceutical materials, often proposing effective solutions. Furthermore, she has worked closely with the production team to guide the trial production of Vitamin U and assist in process validation efforts. By effectively coordinating with external stakeholders, she helps tackle complex technical problems, ensuring the smooth production of high-quality products and maintaining a steady supply of pharmaceutical-grade raw materials for formulation.
 
Service Star: Chen Yegui

 

Chen Yegui, serving as a Sales Assistant in the Marketing Management Department, consistently handles daily tasks promptly and effectively supports the smooth operation of provincial-level teams' routine activities. In the second quarter, he actively assisted the provincial teams in completing 387 business orders, contributing to sales totaling 19.6 million yuan. Additionally, when managing off-site employees' onboarding and departure processes, he seamlessly coordinated with various company departments in a timely and efficient manner, significantly boosting departmental productivity. Chen also wholeheartedly supports the work arrangements set forth by both the department manager and the sales department manager, demonstrating exceptional dedication, responsibility, and resilience—always willing to go above and beyond without dwelling on personal gains or losses, while remaining flexible and eager to help others.
 
Quality Star: Chen Jingjing

 

Chen Jingjing works as a Site QA in the Quality Department. During the second quarter, she successfully completed intermediate inspections and monitoring tasks for the production processes in the injection and liquid workshops on schedule. She also actively collaborated in gathering various types of abnormality and deviation data, analyzed the underlying contributing factors, and provided insights to help production, equipment, and other departments develop appropriate corrective measures. In addition, she willingly took on extra work assignments as needed and enthusiastically participated in all company-organized training sessions. Known for her meticulous and responsible approach, Chen consistently prioritizes the company’s interests and places product quality above all else. Through her dedicated efforts, she has effectively instilled a strong sense of quality awareness and sterility awareness among every operator in the workshop.
 
Sales Star: Yang Yong

 

Yang Yong serves as the Gansu-Qinghai-Ningxia Provincial Manager for Sales Division I. During his tenure, he has demonstrated outstanding performance, consistently focusing on achieving tangible results and ensuring that work goals are met ahead of schedule with both quality and quantity. In the second quarter, the sales team under his leadership in the Gansu-Qinghai-Ningxia region delivered exceptional performance, surpassing the sales target of 1.76 million yuan by actually reaching 3.27 million yuan—achieving a remarkable 186% completion rate. Additionally, Yang actively participates in various departmental training sessions and activities, successfully passing all assessments related to these initiatives. He is also highly committed to implementing the company’s policies and effectively promoting its products, showcasing a strong sense of dedication and corporate ownership.
