"Digital and Intelligent Pharma Companies, Innovating the Future Together" — The Digital and Intelligent Transformation Sharing Session for Pharmaceutical Enterprises Successfully Held at Baihui Pharmaceutical

On the afternoon of August 13, 2021, Baihui Pharmaceutical Group, in collaboration with Guangxi Budaotianxia Information Industry Co., Ltd., jointly hosted the event titled "Digital & Intelligent Pharmaceutical Companies: Innovating the Future." The meeting was attended by a total of 46 participants, including Huang Jianguo, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Guangxi Pharmaceutical Chamber of Commerce; Guo Xiong, General Manager of Baihui Pharmaceutical; Yuan Kai, General Manager of Budaotianxia; Zhang Yanxue, General Manager of UFIDA Network's Guangxi Branch; UFIDA Network Group experts; and representatives from pharmaceutical enterprises based in Nanning.
Baihui Pharmaceutical's General Manager Guo Xiong, along with the attendees, first visited the Baihui Pharmaceutical exhibition hall to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's development journey and its product R&D progress.
At the sharing session, Xu Ruigang, a pharmaceutical industry expert from UFIDA Network Group, delivered a keynote speech titled "Data-Driven Pharma Companies, Smartly Creating the Future." He pointed out that with the introduction of the new Drug Administration Law, competition among enterprises is intensifying rapidly, making digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading an absolute necessity. In this era of digital and intelligent transformation, pharmaceutical companies urgently need to embrace reform and innovation—particularly in comprehensively integrating data across various business systems—to deliver robust, accurate data support for digitized production, operations, and management.
Following that, Li Yulian, CFO of Baihui Pharmaceutical, and Wei Feng, Manager of the Information Department at Peili Pharmaceutical, shared and exchanged insights on how their companies’ extensive digital practice cases have boosted efficiency and effectiveness in enterprise information technology applications.
Various industry representatives presented their perspectives on digital and intelligent transformation strategies. Huang Jianguo, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Guangxi Pharmaceutical Chamber of Commerce, pointed out that Guangxi, as a major province for traditional Chinese medicine, enjoys inherent advantages. However, there is still a long way to go in pharmaceutical R&D and digital-intelligent infrastructure development. The Pharmaceutical Chamber of Commerce will also strengthen its services and support for pharmaceutical enterprises in the future.
Through this sharing session, technical experts and representatives from leading pharmaceutical companies in Nanning engaged in mutual exchanges. While sharing their experiences in digital and intelligent transformation, the event also sparked insightful discussions among participants. This exchange not only helped enhance the core competitiveness and innovation capabilities of the participating enterprises but also provided valuable inspiration and practical insights to accelerate their transformation and development, ultimately supporting Guangxi's efforts to build a thriving ecosystem of digitally and intelligently advanced pharmaceutical companies.
