To further study the advanced experiences from exemplary Party-building demonstration sites, enhance the competence and capabilities of Party affairs professionals, and boost the comprehensive advancement of Party-building work, on the afternoon of December 8, Li Hua, a delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., led a delegation of nine members—including Party committee members, branch secretaries, and Party affairs professionals—to conduct an on-site visit and learning session at the Nanning Hengfeng Beverage Party Branch and the Lvgang Group Party Committee.

At the Party Branch of Nanning Hengfeng Beverage, Li Hua and his delegation toured various party-building facilities, including the Party-building Culture Wall, the Party Member Activity Room, and the Party-Building Culture Corridor, while also watching an introductory video on party building. Through on-site learning and discussions, they gained a deeper understanding of the innovative approaches and practices adopted by the Nanning Hengfeng Beverage Party Branch in seamlessly integrating standardized organizational development with business management. They highly praised the branch's distinctive "Six Enhancements" brand of party building, which has become a standout feature.

At the Green Port Group Party Committee, attendees listened to Lu Yibing, a member of the Green Port Group Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, share her insights on standardized Party organization development, corporate culture building, and integrity initiatives. They also learned about the Green Port Group Party Committee's approach, which centers on the "Four Frontline" brand-building initiative as the main thread, leveraging Party building to drive corporate culture development. During the symposium and exchange session, the visiting delegation discussed how the Party Committee effectively manages and evaluates its grassroots branches. Party In-depth exchanges and discussions were held on how to effectively integrate construction work with business operations.

Through the study tour, Party Committee members, branch secretaries, and Party affairs staff from Baihui Pharmaceutical have further enhanced their understanding of Party work in the new era. They expressed their commitment to continue strengthening external exchanges, learning from advanced experiences, staying committed to their respective roles, diligently fulfilling their duties, and striving to create a new chapter in Party building—thus propelling the company’s Party committee work to even greater heights.
