Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. 2021 Third-Quarter Employee Excellence Recognition Ceremony

On November 19, 2021, Baihui Pharmaceutical held the 2021 Third-Quarter Employee Excellence Recognition Ceremony at the Party and Mass Work Office of Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Attendees included Baihui Pharmaceutical General Manager Guo Xiong, Deputy General Manager Deng Haichao, and Baihui Pharmaceutical Union Chairman Huang Shengyan. Also in attendance were department heads from Baihui Pharmaceutical’s Raw Material Extraction Workshop, Oral Liquid Workshop, Injection Workshop, Quality Department, Marketing Management Department, Human Resources Department, and Equipment Engineering Department, along with the award-winning employees.

Also in attendance were department heads from Baihui Pharmaceutical’s Raw Material Extraction Workshop, Oral Liquid Workshop, Injection Workshop, Quality Department, Marketing Management Department, Human Resources Department, and Equipment Engineering Department, along with the award-winning employees.

At the meeting, General Manager Guo first extended his congratulations to the outstanding employees present, who had been recognized for their exceptional contributions. Drawing from Baihui Pharmaceutical’s remarkable journey of growth, he offered a fresh perspective on the "Evaluation and Selection of Outstanding Employees," clearly articulating its significance for everyone in attendance. Following this, General Manager Guo, together with General Manager Deng, presented the awardees with honorary certificates, bouquets of flowers, and cash prizes.

At the end of the event, General Manager Deng delivered a comprehensive summary of the awards ceremony, once again encouraging the employees who were recognized and expressing his hope that future ceremonies will continue to improve and thrive.

Comrade Fang Jieling is diligent and responsible in her work, possesses strong professional skills, and has mastered operational techniques proficiently, enabling her to swiftly resolve common issues that arise during the production process. She is also adept at mentoring newcomers, having trained multiple employees during the third quarter.
 

Production Star: Oral Solid Dosage Unit, Wu Hengguang

Comrade Wu Hengguang, faced with the increasing challenges in workshop production, bravely tackled difficulties by leading his team to diligently study processes and overcome critical technical hurdles, ensuring the smooth launch of the company’s key pharmaceutical products. In his daily work, he remains highly dedicated and attentive to fostering team growth; as a result, the team under his leadership has achieved significant progress, with improved efficiency and rapid onboarding of new members who quickly adapt to their roles.

 

Production Star: Raw Material Extraction Workshop, Hu Xijian

Comrade Hu Xijian leverages the valuable experience of a seasoned employee in his daily work, actively offering insightful suggestions and solutions to challenges encountered during production. He collaborates closely with the entire team, ensuring stable production processes and consistent product quality, while significantly boosting overall production efficiency. As a result, continuous production has been achieved, fully meeting the company's manufacturing demands.

Production Star: Injection Workshop, Luo Xinghua

Comrade Luo Xinghua has worked at Baihui for many years, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in all tasks and accumulating extensive work experience. During operations, she carefully observes the equipment's performance, promptly identifying even the slightest deviations in its movements. She proactively reports these observations to workshop managers, enabling timely interventions that prevent more serious equipment failures. Additionally, she has mentored numerous new employees, sharing her expertise and contributing significantly to the company's success.
 

Production Star: Equipment Engineering Department, Li Yaojun

Comrade Li Yaojun actively collaborated with the manufacturer during the third quarter to debug the new equipment, ensuring it could be put into production as quickly as possible. He also provided continuous training to the production workers who operate the equipment. In daily equipment maintenance, he proactively addressed all issues arising with the production machinery—never shirking responsibility—and worked tirelessly to minimize the company’s production losses.

 

Service Star: Human Resources Department, Hu Lifan

Comrade Hu Lifan actively coordinated and communicated with relevant government departments during the third quarter, helping the company successfully apply for pertinent policy benefits—specifically, a 300,000-yuan living allowance approved for the company's 29 currently employed staff members. At the same time, she demonstrated dedication and responsibility in her daily work, faithfully upholding her post and professional ethics, willingly complying with organizational arrangements, and proactively providing timely and effective human resource support to various departments.

 

Quality Star: Quality Department, Su Minmin

Comrade Su Minmin demonstrated outstanding performance in the department's practical assessment during the third quarter, promptly completing inspections of both finished products and stability samples. She actively collaborated with the production and sales departments, enthusiastically assisting other teams in preparing applications for multiple projects, and consistently delivered tasks assigned by leadership on time.

 

Sales Star: Sales Department, Cui Guokun

Comrade Cui Guokun demonstrated outstanding performance in the third quarter, emphasizing the effectiveness of his work. He consistently delivered tasks ahead of schedule, ensuring both quality and quantity. Under the sales target of 1.4 million, he actually achieved 1.86 million, resulting in a sales completion rate of 133%. Meanwhile, in the Yunnan provincial region he oversees, customer payments have been prompt and steady, while the market continues to operate smoothly and positively.
