Baihui Pharmaceutical Attends Special Training on the New "Work Safety Law" in the Economic Development Zone

On November 9, 2021, the Office of the Safety Production Work Committee of Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone hosted a special training session on interpreting and promoting the new "Safety Production Law" of 2021, along with enterprise-level safety management training. The meeting was chaired by Li Zhenwen, Director of the Safety Supervision Bureau of the Development Zone, and delivered by Jiang Bicsong, Captain of the Nanning Municipal Safety Production Inspection Team. Attendees included senior executives and safety officers from 60 large-scale production enterprises within the Development Zone. Sun Chao, Deputy Manager of the Environmental & Safety Department at Baihui Pharmaceutical, also participated in this training session.

Attendees included key executives and safety officers from 60 large-scale manufacturing enterprises within the Development Zone. Captain Jiang Bisonsong, through an analysis of production safety accident cases and referencing relevant articles from the new "Work Safety Law," used incidents from the publishing industry as case studies to emphasize the importance of establishing a comprehensive, enterprise-wide system of work safety responsibilities. He also highlighted the need to implement tiered management and control of safety risks, while reinforcing accountability and cautionary measures in response to accidents. Director Li Zhenwen stressed that effectively promoting and implementing the new "Work Safety Law" should be the top priority in current work safety efforts. He called for the adoption of practical and robust measures to facilitate thorough learning, widespread publicity, and full implementation of the law. It is crucial to accurately grasp the profound implications of the new "Work Safety Law," deepening understanding of its newly established systems, innovative content, and stricter penalties. Only by fully appreciating the law's core principles and rich meaning can we ensure its seamless integration into daily operations. This training session further strengthened the legal awareness among officials at all levels, department heads, corporate executives, safety managers, and safety officers, encouraging enterprises to earnestly fulfill their primary responsibilities in work safety. Additionally, it helped enhance employees' safety awareness, ultimately contributing to the prevention and reduction of production-related safety incidents.
