Baihui Pharmaceutical and Jiangsu Jin Yi United Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Hold a Fully Automated Packaging Technology Exchange Meeting

(Technology Center / Zhou Xueyun) On September 29, 2021, Baihui Pharmaceutical invited Jiangsu Jin Yi United Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to hold a fully automated packaging technology exchange meeting in the conference room on the fifth floor of Baihui Pharmaceutical's Quality Inspection Building. Attending the meeting were Guo Xiong, General Manager of Baihui Pharmaceutical; Deng Haichao, Deputy General Manager; Zhou Jian, Corporate Head and Deputy Director of Production; Lin Qiaohui, Head of Quality and Quality Director; and Xing Lingguang, Technical Director.
At the meeting, Deng Haichao, Deputy General Manager of Baihui Pharmaceutical, presented an overview of the company’s capacity assessment and equipment requirements for its consistency evaluation projects. Following the approval of Baihui Pharmaceutical’s consistency evaluation products, sales are expected to reach 300 million yuan within the next three years—and after that, the company plans to further elevate its sales targets to even greater heights. Therefore, the equipment strategy not only needs to accommodate this year’s projected sales volume but also leave room for future capacity expansion required as the demand for consistency products continues to grow over the next three years. Overall, the plan aims to proactively address the company’s production capacity needs for the next five years.

Based on Baihui Pharmaceutical's specific product requirements, this leading company introduced its design concept for fully automated packaging systems, highlighting the equipment's exceptional performance and advantages. Additionally, aligning with the stringent process standards for consistent products, they showcased various production organization approaches and meticulously designed tailored production lines, all aimed at overcoming critical bottlenecks in key processes such as filling, sterilization, and packaging of these high-quality, consistent products. Meanwhile, General Manager Guo Xiong shared valuable insights and expressed his expectations regarding the production processes for consistent products, as well as strategies for optimizing the overall line design.
The meeting reviewed the production planning for the communication products and finalized the equipment layout for Phase I, providing robust equipment and technical support for the future industrial-scale production of Baihui Pharmaceutical's consistent-quality products, thereby ensuring the successful transition of these products to full-scale industrial manufacturing.
