On September 16, 2021, the awarding ceremony for the "Nanning City's Living Allowance for Urgently Needed and Shortage Youth Talents in Industry Fields" was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Quality Inspection Building at Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Attendees included Guo Xiong, General Manager of Baihui Pharmaceutical; Zhou Jian, Deputy Director of Production at Baihui Pharmaceutical; and Huang Shengyan, Chairman of the Baihui Pharmaceutical Trade Union.
In his speech, General Manager Guo Xiong fully praised the young talents who received the company’s financial support, sharing his personal growth journey along the way. He also outlined Baihui Pharmaceutical’s future development strategy, tying it closely to the company’s current situation. Furthermore, he emphasized that Baihui Pharmaceutical’s success would not have been possible without the leadership of the Communist Party of China, as well as the care and support from the Nanning Municipal Government and the Nanning Talent Service Center. Finally, he encouraged all young talents to always remain grateful and look forward to witnessing Baihui Pharmaceutical’s remarkable century-long journey together. Following this, General Manager Guo Xiong and the Deputy Director of Production presented the financial grants to the young talents, engaging enthusiastically in interactive activities with them. The atmosphere at the event was warm, joyful, and filled with camaraderie. To commemorate the occasion, they also posed for a group photo with the enthusiastic young professionals.
As one of the enterprises listed in Nanning City’s roster of companies urgently in need of scarce talent for industrial development, Baihui Pharmaceutical has a total of 28 employees who have received the "Nanning City Living Allowance for Young Talents Urgently Needed in Industrial Fields." The highest subsidy awarded was 20,000 yuan. Representatives from Baihui Pharmaceutical’s young talent pool also pledged to stay true to their mission, remain committed to their original aspirations, and continue forging ahead with determination, striving to make indispensable contributions to Nanning’s pharmaceutical industry development.
