On the morning of June 17, 2021, the grand launch meeting for Baihui Pharmaceutical's 6S Management initiative was held in the Training Room on the second floor. More than 30 attendees included Deng Haichao, Deputy General Manager and Director of Production; directors of various business divisions; heads of all departments and workshops; as well as part-time 6S administrators.

This meeting was chaired by Yao Bingquan, Director of the General Office. He first introduced the organizational structure and implementation plan for 6S management, followed by a speech from Deputy General Manager Deng Haichao, who highlighted the key priorities of the 6S management initiative.

Deng Haichao emphasized that, first, the success of 6S initiatives hinges on the full participation of everyone; second, it’s crucial to ensure thorough implementation and steady progress—departmental activities must strengthen supervision and inspections, promptly report findings, and rigorously address identified issues, thereby guaranteeing that all aspects of 6S are effectively put into practice. Finally, persistence is key: cultivating good habits requires sustained effort over the long term. Each department must treat 6S management as an ongoing, daily commitment, striving for incremental improvements every day until it becomes second nature—and ultimately evolves into a cherished company culture.

Finally, Gan Jieyue, Deputy Manager of the Production Management Department, delivered a training session on the fundamentals of 6S, sharing valuable insights and key management points through numerous real-world examples.

The company will comprehensively implement 6S management across all departments and workshops, systematically advancing each component of the 6S framework. This initiative will gradually optimize the work environment, enhance employee professionalism, boost operational efficiency, and drive economic benefits—laying a solid foundation for fostering a positive corporate culture.
