Baihui Pharmaceutical Holds Specialized Training on Its Information-Based Office System

On May 19, 2021, the General Office of Baihui Pharmaceutical held a special training session on the information-based office system in the Baihui Pharmaceutical Training Room. Employees from the Marketing Center, Injection Workshop, Liquid Workshop, Finance Department, and Quality Department attended the training.

To further enhance employees' operational skills in computer systems, office systems, and office electronic equipment—along with other hardware—and better adapt to the automated office environment while boosting their IT-driven business capabilities, hardware engineer Wang Dazhi conducted training sessions focusing on the practical application of computer systems and the operation of office electronic devices.

During the training, Wang Dazhi used rich case studies and clear, easy-to-understand language to introduce employees to office computer hardware, OA system operations and approval processes, as well as instructions on using anti-leakage software, access control systems, and attendance tools. He also highlighted common issues within these systems and shared practical solutions. This training session further enhanced employees' office skills, boosted their confidence in automating office system operations, and laid a solid foundation for more effective use of office systems and the ultimate goal of achieving full-scale enterprise automation.
