I. Party-Labor Joint Building Strengthens "Cohesion"

 

Baihui Pharmaceutical, as one of the first pilot units in Nanning City for the reform of industrial worker development, has consistently placed ideological and political guidance at the forefront of its efforts to advance this reform. Relying on learning platforms such as "Study China," the company strengthens education on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the key principles outlined at the 18th National Congress of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourses on building the industrial workforce—through various methods including Party committee-led thematic activities, trade union committee initiatives, specialized study sessions, and book-sharing forums. These efforts aim to comprehensively integrate ideological and political education into workshops, team groups, and the hearts and minds of every worker. Additionally, the company fully leverages red educational resources by organizing industrial workers to visit patriotic education bases for themed Party activities, inspiring them to listen to the Party, cherish its kindness, and follow its leadership.

 

     

Party members are proactively being developed with a focus on frontline workers; to date, 38 industrial workers have officially become party members. Meanwhile, party member-led vanguard posts and rapid-response teams have been established across various departments and workshops, encouraging these worker-parties to set examples, lead by demonstration, and dedicate themselves to their roles.

 

II. Enhance "Actionability" by Improving Quality and Achieving Results

 

Through "using competitions to promote learning, training, evaluation, and development," we are driving the company’s high-quality growth and fostering a contemporary ethos that honors labor, values skills, and celebrates great achievements through innovation. Yan Guichun, a worker from the oral solid dosage workshop, earned third place overall—and first place in the hands-on practical round—in the 2023 Regional Employee Vocational Skills Competition, themed "Guilin Has Skills, Revitalizing Industries," specifically in the pharmaceutical preparation category. Additionally, six frontline workers—Yan Guichun, Li Haishuang, Gong Yingchang, Wu Jiaxue, Lu Yanyan, and Pan Qiuyin—collaboratively won the Outstanding Organization Award at the 3rd Nanning City Enterprise Team Leader Vocational Skills Competition in 2023.

 

     

"Strong workers mean a thriving industry. The company’s growth is inseparable from the dedication of all its employees, as the spirit of role models continues to blossom—inspiring more outstanding teams and industrial workers to emerge one after another. Notably, the Public Management System Group from the Injection Workshop was honored with the 2020 Guangxi Workers’ Pioneer Award, while Ampoule Packaging Team No. 3 from the Oral Liquid Workshop earned the 2020 Nanning Workers’ Pioneer Award. Additionally, Li Hua was recognized as the 2020 Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Labor Model. Meanwhile, trade union committee members from Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. were awarded the 2021 Municipal Advanced Employee Home title, and the HR Department’s union team received both the 2021 Regional Model Employee Home award and the 2021 Municipal Advanced Employee Home accolade. Li Haishuang, the team leader of the Sugar-Extraction Team in the Oral Solid Dosage Workshop, was named the 2021 Nanning City Workers’ Pioneer Post. Furthermore, the Vitamin U Team from the Raw Material Extraction Workshop was awarded the 2022 Nanning Workers’ Pioneer Award, and in 2023, the same team went on to win the Guangxi City Workers’ Pioneer Award."

 

 

III. Talent Development Empowers "New-Generation Productivity"

 

Since the launch of the self-improvement initiative, the company’s industrial workers have been transforming into employees who are learning-oriented, knowledge-based, technically skilled, and innovation-driven—each striving to become meticulous, highly professional, and dedicated craft professionals.

 

Through the "going out and bringing in" learning approach—leveraging specialized, business, and comprehensive skills training as opportunities—our company has conducted a total of 809 internal and external training sessions in recent years, engaging over 8,540 individual participants. We have also actively promoted initiatives such as academic qualification enhancement, professional title evaluations, and skill-level certifications. As a result, 161 employees currently hold relevant certifications, with 137 of them at the intermediate level or above, accounting for 85% of all certified staff.

 

     

In recent years, leveraging the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, we have conducted vocational skills certification training courses, cumulatively training 150 individuals across various trades. These programs allow workers to refine their skills through retraining, fostering the development of highly specialized, elite craftsmen who embody excellence. Moreover, we are committed to integrating lifelong learning into every stage of industrial workers' careers.
