10 On the afternoon of the 28th, Wei Yang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Gansu Pharmaceutical Investment Group, as well as President of the Gansu Provincial Longyao Industry Association, led a delegation to Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange visit. Huang Jianguo, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Guangxi Pharmaceutical Chamber of Commerce, along with Guo Xiong, General Manager of Baihui Pharmaceutical, and Lin Qiaohui, Party Secretary and Director of Quality, joined the company's senior management team in welcoming the group.

During the visit, they provided a detailed introduction to Baihui Pharmaceutical's corporate development journey and its flagship products. Guo Xiong noted that since its establishment in 1934, Baihui Pharmaceutical has maintained uninterrupted production, marking an impressive 88-year history of growth. Under the care and support of Guangxi's various government departments, Baihui Pharmaceutical has achieved remarkable success in areas such as inheriting and developing Guangxi's ethnic medicines, conducting consistency evaluations of generic drugs, advancing new drug research and development, and fostering collaborative partnerships between academia and industry.

The purpose of this exchange was to learn from their experiences, explore potential collaborations, and highlight Gansu Pharmaceutical Investment Group’s development journey, its unique business model, and strategic vision. He extended a sincere invitation to General Manager Guo Xiong and his team to visit Gansu for an exchange and on-site study, expressing his anticipation for fostering even deeper cooperation with Baihui Pharmaceutical.

Secretary Huang Jianguo stated that Guangxi is a province rich in traditional Chinese medicinal material resources, boasting abundant supplies. However, the layout of the TCM industry still requires further optimization. The Guangxi Pharmaceutical Chamber of Commerce will also work together with local Guangxi-based pharmaceutical enterprises to contribute ideas and strategies for the development of Guangxi's TCM sector—particularly its ethnic medicines. Additionally, we look forward to fostering greater exchanges with pharmaceutical companies and associations in Gansu, leveraging each other's strengths to achieve mutual growth and improvement.
Guo Xiong stated that Guangxi and Gansu will prioritize the biopharmaceutical industry as a key 100-billion-yuan industry and a strategic emerging sector. Baihui Pharmaceutical will actively collaborate with Gansu Pharmaceutical Investment Group to explore potential avenues for cooperation throughout the entire Chinese medicinal material industry chain. Engage in comprehensive collaboration across industries such as industrial chains, pharmaceutical distribution, and greater healthcare sectors, jointly building R&D innovation platforms and platforms for technology transfer to achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
