The meeting was chaired by Comrade Lin Qiaohui, Secretary of the Party Committee, and attended by members of the Party Committee, members of the Disciplinary Inspection Commission, and secretaries of branch organizations.

The meeting was chaired by Comrade Lin Qiaohui, Secretary of the Party Committee, and attended by members of the Party Committee, members of the Disciplinary Inspection Commission, and secretaries of branch organizations.

At the meeting, Lin Qiaohui, Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered a report on behalf of the committee, outlining the company's Party Committee's progress over the past six months—particularly in advancing the Party history study and education initiative. He also identified existing challenges and articulated clear expectations and concrete measures for next steps. Following his remarks, attendees took turns sharing their thoughts, drawing from personal experiences to discuss their gains, insights, and areas for improvement in terms of ideology, learning, and work performance. They engaged in candid self-criticism and constructive criticism, thoroughly examining both subjective and objective factors contributing to their current situations. As a result, they pinpointed specific corrective actions and outlined a clear path forward. The atmosphere was open, honest, and even spirited, fostering meaningful exchanges, sincere communication, mutual accountability, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. Ultimately, the session successfully achieved its intended goals: deepening understanding, promoting transparent dialogue, encouraging timely reminders, and driving tangible enhancements—while simultaneously broadening perspectives for future initiatives.

Through this special democratic life conference focused on Party history study and education, we have further unified the thoughts of Party members, cadres, and employees, enhancing the cohesion and centripetal force of our Party organization. Everyone expressed their commitment to continuing to deepen theoretical learning from Party history in their future work, approaching practical tasks with full enthusiasm and an unwavering spirit of dedication, thus constantly forging new prospects for the development of the Baihui Pharmaceutical Party Committee.
