At the beginning of 2020, Baihui Pharmaceutical launched a new specification—10ml Inosine Oral Solution—tailored to market demand, primarily designed as an adjunct to liver-protecting medications. In 2021, Baihui Pharmaceutical further expanded its production capacity by introducing a batch of advanced automated production line equipment, including automatic filling machines, automatic cleaning systems, automated light inspection machines, automatic tray-forming and palletizing machines, and automatic boxing machines. Once these new facilities went into full-scale production, the 10ml Inosine Oral Solution quickly became Baihui Pharmaceutical’s flagship product for sales.

Baihui Pharmaceutical has introduced automated production line equipment that is all at the top domestic level. Once the equipment is fully调试ed, it will have an annual production capacity of 12 million units. With the addition of an automatic packaging line, labor costs will be significantly reduced—shifting from the original 19-person workforce to just 9 employees. This fully automated production line is equipped with advanced quality-control systems, including foreign-object detection and rejection, label-automated inspection and rejection, automatic rejection of bottles without straws, three-stage automated inspection and rejection, and bottle-missing detection for rejection. Currently, the automated production line is nearing the final stages of acceptance testing. Thanks to this cutting-edge equipment, innovative technologies, and optimized processes, production efficiency has soared, leading to substantial gains in economic benefits and effectively accelerating the company's rapid growth.
