Recently, Baihui Pharmaceutical held a "Special Training Session on Enhancing GMP Management Capabilities." More than 50 participants attended, including Deng Haichao, the company's Deputy General Manager, as well as business directors, heads of various departments, and key personnel from across the company. This training session aimed to improve the comprehensive management skills and expertise of the company's internal managers. Through theoretical learning and case-sharing analyses, the session provided a clear and insightful exploration of the key aspects of the QMS Information Management Platform and Performance Management, ultimately providing momentum for the company's rapid growth.

This training session aims to enhance the comprehensive management capabilities and skills of the company's internal managers. This training session was led by renowned instructor Zhu Xianghong, and the curriculum included topics such as "Quality Information" and "Performance Management." Zhu Xianghong has extensive experience in GMP quality management, having worked extensively in this field over the years. He delivered the course through case studies, analysis, and interactive sessions where participants shared their own real-world examples. During the training, attendees freely expressed their perspectives and engaged in in-depth discussions with Instructor Zhu about challenges they’ve encountered in their respective roles—providing valuable insights and practical suggestions that will guide future improvements in production management.
