Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Party Committee Holds the 2020 Annual Democratic Life Conference

Following the unified deployment and requirements of the Party Working Committee of the Two New Organizations in the Economic Development Zone, Guangxi Nanning Baihui Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. held its 2020 annual democratic life conference on January 7, 2021. A total of 8 members of the Party Committee attended the meeting, which was chaired by Lin Qiaohui, Secretary of the Party Committee.

At the meeting, Comrade Lin Qiaohui We presented a work report on the Party building efforts of Baihui Pharmaceutical's Party Committee in 2020. The report summarized the company's Party committee activities throughout the year and clearly outlined the key priorities for future Party-building initiatives. Following the report meeting, members of the Party Committee engaged in profound self-criticism and mutual criticism. Each committee member carefully identified their own shortcomings and proposed actionable improvement suggestions. At the same time, grounded in practical work experiences, they offered constructive criticism and advice to fellow committee members on issues such as ideological education, work attitudes, and approaches to task execution. During these discussions, participants courageously addressed areas needing improvement, spoke candidly, and laid bare both strengths and weaknesses without hesitation or evasion. This open and honest dialogue not only revitalized everyone’s mindset but also effectively achieved the goal of "unity through criticism and reform," fostering continuous progress. Ultimately, this process will drive meaningful improvements, enabling us to tirelessly strive toward forging new heights of success for Baihui.

Everyone expressed that this democratic life conference was a serious exercise in Party spirit education and intra-Party life training—clearing up the root causes of existing issues while simultaneously strengthening the unity of the leadership team. Moving forward, we will hold ourselves to even higher standards, approaching all tasks with a strong sense of political responsibility and a courageous commitment to taking on challenges. This will help us enhance our team’s creativity, cohesion, and combat effectiveness, continuously paving the way for new achievements in the development of the Baihui Pharmaceutical Party Committee.
