On November 1, Chongqing Promotion Manager Wen Cui visited the Wanjiaxin Jinmao store and achieved a remarkable milestone by selling 200 boxes in a single day—the easiest daily sales record yet—kickstarting November’s promotional campaign with a strong, effortless start.

Chongqing Marketing Manager – Wen Cui

Wen Cui is a new employee who joined the KA Promotion Department of the Marketing Center in September. On the day of the breakthrough, more than ten manufacturers set up booths at the Wanjiaxin Jinmao store. Wen Cui noted that opportunities to directly interact with consumers were limited that day—most of her time was spent assisting staff in building customer relationships within the store. Yet, this didn’t hinder her ability to close sales. Even with only a few chances to engage customers, Wen Cui patiently recommended products, clearly explaining their effectiveness, and did her best to encourage customers to make the largest possible purchases: 15 boxes, 30 boxes, or even 60 boxes. As a result, sales volume steadily climbed higher and higher.

It is reported that the customer who purchased 60 boxes was an uncle visiting to buy antihypertensive medication. During their conversation, the customer shared with Wencui that he had recently experienced a cerebral hemorrhage. In response, Wencui expertly explained the causes and underlying pathology of cerebral hemorrhage, earning the customer's trust through her professional knowledge. Following this, Wencui recommended "Zuigangsong" (the most soothing product), explaining that it not only nourishes the liver but also enhances drug metabolism, making it especially suitable for individuals who require long-term medication. After hearing this, the customer immediately decided to buy 60 boxes. Wencui emphasized that there are typically three key factors in successfully selling "Zuigangsong": first, proactively initiating the conversation; second, being skilled at recommending complementary products; and third, maintaining a solid foundation of professional expertise. Among these three elements, taking the initiative to start the conversation proves to be the most crucial.

This breakthrough not only provided a strong start for November sales but also boosted the recognition of "Most Relaxing" among chain pharmacies; meanwhile, it significantly boosted the confidence of the KA promotion team as they rolled out the "Most Relaxing" initiative.
